IMAGYN this year, organized on May 8th, an awareness event in Bordeaux, France. It was a sunny day for a beautiful cause!
More than 200 people came wearing a turquoise blue strip to share this moment. Among them were our new supporters, including Gwendoline Hamon, a French actress, some members of the city council, doctors and courageous patients.
At 3 pm, a walk started along the waterfronts of Bordeaux which lasted one hour. We had more than 1300 information boards on ovarian cancer and some on gynecologic cancers. People in the street were really interested and asked us a lot of questions: unfortunately, it is still a not well known disease,
so much remains to be done !
Our fight after this surge of solidarity has to continue, with more strength and faith !
