Patient Advocacy Seminar 2026
The 14th Patient Advocacy Seminar will be held in the Bella Centre Copenhagen in February 26-28, 2026.
If additional colleagues from your association wish to attend and can cover their own expenses, upon availability a PAG that is an ENGAGe member may purchase up to two extra seats. Pricing details will be shared soon.
Patient Advocacy Seminar Travel Grants
Description
The grants will cover
- Accommodation (3 overnights, from February 26th till February 28th)
- Travel grant (400 EUR)
- Registration fee
- ENGAGe dinner
- Refreshments during PAS
Reviewing criteria
- At least 1 patient advocate from each country should be encouraged and ideally one from each patient advocacy group.
- Only 1 patient advocate can be allowed from each advocacy group for full reimbursement of the travel grant.
- EEG members and project leaders at ENGAGe can get one additional travel grant
- Priority will be given to ENGAGe members who are:
- actively participating in ENGAGe projects
- fluent in English
- actively involved in gynaecological cancer field
Application & selection process
Upon receipt of application form, a selection committee consisting of members of ENGAGe Executive Group will select participants based on the criteria above.
Application form needs to be completed by September 10, 2025.
Grant recipients will be announced by personal e-mail by October 10, 2025.
