General information
Grant applications & tickets
GRANT APPLICATIONS FOR PAS 2027 ARE CLOSED
As in previous years, we are pleased to offer a number of full grants to our members. While availability remains limited, applicants who are not awarded a grant will have the opportunity to purchase a ticket and participate in all seminar activities.
Please note that, as of 2026, ENGAGe requires formal confirmation from the leader of your association (please use the provided template) that you are authorised to represent them at PAS. This additional step has been introduced to support a clearer and more transparent application process. It ensures that each association is informed of who is applying to represent them at PAS and confirms its agreement that the grant, if awarded, will be assigned to that applicant.
We understand that some applicants are association leaders themselves. In that case, nothing changes: please enter the same person as both the applicant and the leader.

Important: Electronic Travel Authorisation
As of April 2025, all international visitors travelling to the UK (except British and Irish citizens) need to apply for an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) or a visa, before travelling to the UK, and travel with a valid passport.
Visitors to the UK need to apply online for an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) for short stays, including EU, EEA and Swiss citizens. It costs £20 to apply at GOV.UK website. A confirmation is received within 3 working days. The ETA is linked to your passport and lasts 2 years or to the expiry of your passport, whatever comes first.
Visitors from non-European countries may require a visa to visit the UK. To find out whether you need a visa and how to apply, see the UK Visas and Immigration website or check with your local British Embassy or other diplomatic representative before you travel.
Attendees are solely responsible for arranging their own visa or ETA requirements for entry into the UK. If you require a visa or ETA, please ensure you allow ample time for the application process, including obtaining any necessary documentation as the process can take up to 20 working days. We strongly recommend contacting your nearest UK embassy or consulate as early as possible to determine the specific timing and requirements for your application.
The organisers will be pleased to send a letter of invitation to any individual requesting one, once their registration and fee have been received.
