The Diagnosis Delivery Cards — an initiative of ISGO-PPI, developed in collaboration with ENGAGe — are practical tools designed to help healthcare professionals communicate complex information with empathy, accuracy, and clarity.

Each disease-specific card provides visuals to illustrate affected areas, clear explanations of treatment options, and tear-off pages for patients to take home. These materials help structure conversations, ensure key information is shared, and foster understanding, trust, and emotional support — helping patients feel informed and cared for throughout their treatment pathway.
