Endometrial Cancer Campaign

We are grateful to everyone participating in our ovarian cancer awareness activities on social media this month! Next, you can join ENGAGe, ESGO, and World Gynecologic Oncology in June for a fun new campaign centred on endometrial cancer awareness!

In honour of Uterine Cancer Awareness Month, we will be posting about the importance of knowing risk factors and symptoms of endometrial cancer, as well as highlighting the fact that it’s increasing being diagnosed in younger women. We’ll be promoting symptom awareness and doctor’s visits as acts of self-care. We’ll be taking this campaign offline too! Since peach is the color of endometrial cancer, we’re challenging you to grab something peach, like a t-shirt or scarf, wear it out and post a picture of yourself having fun with it! When you make the post, challenge a friend online to do the same!

All the details about the above, including key messages and graphics you can use (as well as some elements you can use to make your own graphics!) are available in our new toolkits. As with our ovarian cancer campaign, these toolkits are tailored for three groups: health care professionals, patient advocates, and the public.

2025 campaign

In 2025, we introduced Emilia - a fictional patient character who represents the many women facing endometrial cancer. She guided us through diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship, asking heartfelt questions to ESGO doctors, psychologists, and fellow survivors - questions many others may share.

Through Emilia’s story, we hoped to make the path feel less overwhelming and more understood.
